Arthritis Foundation exercise programs are designed to help you live better with arthritis. In partnership with NorthWest Senior & Disability Services (NWSDS), a local intergovernmental agency serving seniors and people with disabilities, NCRD is offering a free series of Arthritis Foundation classes. These programs are proven to reduce pain, increase strength and flexibility and help you feel great! The classes are led by certified instructors and accommodate all fitness levels.
Thanks to the generosity of NWSDS, the following programs are provided free of charge to individuals 60+ years of age for three weeks. Contact the Fitness Center or Aquatics Center to make your reservation to attend.
